These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hyde Park Med Spa website (www.hydeparkmedspa.com), our text messaging program, and the services we provide. Hyde Park Med Spa is operated by Hyde Park Med Spa LLC (“Hyde Park Med Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 3125 N Main St, Suite 105, North Logan, UT 84341. By using our website, booking a service, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
 1. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our website forms (or otherwise giving consent), you agree to receive text messages from Hyde Park Med Spa. We offer two types of messages, and you may opt in to either or both:

• Non-marketing (informational) messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, follow-up care instructions, and responses to your questions.

• Marketing messages: promotions, special offers, new service announcements, and event updates.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to book an appointment or buy any service or product.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and our promotions.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply STOP to opt out of one program and remain opted in to the other where applicable, or contact us to update your preferences.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to opt in to our text messages.
Privacy. Information collected through our text messaging program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
2. Website Use
The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update website content, services, and pricing at any time without notice.
3. Not Medical Advice
Information on our website, social media, and in our marketing is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified provider. All treatments require a consultation or assessment, and eligibility is determined by our licensed providers. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit. 
5. Payments, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices and promotions are subject to change, may be limited in time or quantity, and cannot be combined unless stated. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotion period.
6. Refunds
Because of the nature of our services, treatments that have been performed are non-refundable. 
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and are not replaced if lost or stolen. 
8. Third-Party Services
Online booking and gift card purchases may be processed through third-party providers, such as Vagaro. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyde Park Med Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or text messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
