  • Yes, we are by appointment only. This ensures each client receives personalized attention and care in a private, relaxing environment.

  • You can easily book online through our website, through Vagaro or by calling us directly. Online booking is available 24/7 for your convenience.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. This helps us accommodate other clients and respect our staff’s time.

  • At this time, we do not accept walk-ins. All services are scheduled by appointment only.

  • Please call us as soon as possible or message your provider through our booking portal. If you're more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability.

  • We offer a wide range of medical spa services including:

  • It is recommended that new clients undergo an initial consultation to ensure the best and safest treatment plan based on your needs and goals.  But a consultation is not required.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and select digital wallets. Payment is due at the time of service. Some services require a credit card on file or a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for most medical treatments. Some exceptions apply with parental consent. Please contact us for details

  • Absolutely. All procedures are performed by licensed medical professionals and trained aestheticians under the supervision of a qualified medical director.

  • Yes! Gift cards are available for any service or custom amount and make a great gift for any occasion.

  • Unopened, unused skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for refund
